We do……

BECAUSE WE BUILD…. WE UNDERSTAND DESIGN

We have extensive experience in designing and building new homes and major renovations including large single family homes, renovation of multi family apartments and numerous condos and have hands on experience gained over 25 years in all types of construction. This means not only are we able to visualize the end result for a NEW home or renovation, we’ve actually built them so know HOW to design them….

BUT WE DO MUCH, MUCH MORE…. We detail… & obtain permits

Whilst others rely upon someone else to design the layout, draw the plans, ensure the design is compliant and guide it through the various requirements of the city planning permits, then send alterations back to the designer for elements (that aren’t often feasible), we draw the actual plans in-house with external input as appropriate (eg engineer), and make any evolving changes ourselves.

THEN… We draw the cabinetry and wet area designs and layouts with full elevations… so you know that the rough in for the faucet that’s been chosen is in the right place, or the exhaust fan doesn’t get installed in the same place as the lighting, or the outlets are put in the RIGHT place, or the light switch isn’t BEHIND the door…..
