This, believe it or not, is a transportable 4 bedroom home...

It is made from shipping containers.... and is designed to be fabricated and then transported wherever needed, not built on site as most others are done. It was built specifically to resolve structural, practical and code compliant solutions.

Whilst container homes are not new, what IS new is that we overcame the design and structural challenges required to keep the 4 bedroom 3 bathroom home TRANSPORTABLE whilst including luxury and space. It meant we had to overcome waterproofing between containers once delivered to site, how to connect high voltage power circuits pre-laid within each container, how to overcome plumbing set out requirements within a transportable unit, how to overcome sheet rock joins between containers, how to set out HVAC circuits and pipe work among many, many other engineering and transport compliance issues.

Usually, new homes are built around a small number of containers, with most of the structure for open spaces built on site.

This home was carefully designed to be delivered with all but connections and soft finishes to be done on site. It truly is UNIQUE…..
