CREATING LUXURY IS MORE THAN JUST THE PRICE….

when we were asked to design a luxury home on a lake, the only criteria was that it was to be a single story, large and something to be proud of.

we knew that it had to have an emphasis on lifestyle…. and it had to be connected to that lifestyle from any point in the house… that means if you are in the master bedroom, you can see the panorama views and overlook the pool, as does the living area, as does the gymnasium, as does the cabana…… yet still have connection to the other areas…

WE DESIGNED it…. AND now it’s being Built

there is an art to making a house feel ‘right’…. from the appeal of the entry when you come home every day to the seclusion of your master bedroom wing, to the ability to entertain friends in numerous zones that all feel like a single space……

it’s only on closer inspection that you see the thought that has gone into why rooms are where they are, how the light enters at different times of the day, the privacy such an astounding layout provides…..

Even at the level of this home, it is often the case that outside consultants design the cabinetry, design the pool, design the external finishes…. and even the interior because it’s unusual for any one company to be able to have, and deliver the entire vision…..

We are unusual however, in that we can do all of that, we design and draw the cabinetry and wet area layouts with full elevations… so you know that the rough in for the faucet that’s been chosen is in the right place, or the light switch isn’t BEHIND the door….. we select the finishes, we design the pool and you know then that the entire design is cohesive from start to finish….
