This is a luxury home that we designed and built for a discerning client. Designed as a blend between an exclusive entertainer and a private retreat, the home functions for a family or busy executive.

Over 3 levels, the 22,000 sq ft home includes a 5 car underground car park, a 600 bottle cellar/tasting room, 2 work shops, 2 cool rooms, 5 bedrooms each with it’s own attached bath, a 6 person home cinema with dedicated bar and store room, open style kitchen and lounge area, outdoor/indoor 15 person bar with indoor bbq and pizza oven, spa, sauna, retreats and private living rooms.

Extensive bespoke automation was specifically designed and implemented by us throughout the home including individual room lighting, (inc scenes etc), individual room control of HVAC, remote access cameras, all TV’s and the Home Theatre individually controlled, extensive use of audio (SONOS) zones and alarm/monitor access. The entire system was controlled by any ipad or iphone owned by the client.

Outdoors has a pool overlooking the river below and extensive landscaping.
