A major renovation of an existing Dallas condo. 

This condo was in need major of work as it had been flooded and insurance had not paid for repairs…. it had been stripped back to studs in places, and had been poorly maintained. We knew it could be upgraded beyond it’s original style and quality.

We purchased this condo, undertook the major renovation works including rectify non-code compliant items….. and the new owner LOVES it!!!
